You can play back Music files (MP3/WMA/AAC) stored in a USB
memory on the internal player of this system.
Playback
The operations for Music files are the same as the operations for MP3/
WMA/AAC files stored in discs. For details, see “CD/MP3/WMA/
AAC” (page 60 to 64).

Press <MENU>.
The AUDIO/VISUAL selection screen is displayed.

Touch [USB].
The display shows the USB memory mode screen.
You can select the USB mode also by pressing <SOURCE/PWR>
repeatedly.
A file that exceeds 2GB cannot be played back.
When a USB memory is connected, playback does not start
automatically.
Example for display
You can display artwork during USB memory playback.
(Video/Audio changeover switch)is not displayed in the
USB memory mode screen.
Operating Auxiliary Devices
To operate your devices connected to the AUX terminals of INE-S900R,
follow the procedure described below.
Set the AUX IN to anything other than Off. See “AUX Setup”
(page 110).
If you try to activate the auxiliary device while driving, the display
will show the warning “Picture off for your safety.

Press <MENU>.
The AUDIO/VISUAL selection screen is displayed.

Touch [Front AUX] or [Rear AUX*].
The display shows the AUX mode screen.
* The name which is given as the source name in “Setting the Rear
AUX Primary” (page 110) and “Setting the AUX Secondary”
(page 110) is displayed.
You can select the AUX mode also by pressing <SOURCE/PWR>
repeatedly.
USB Memory Auxiliary Device
(Optional)
WARNING
It is dangerous for the driver to watch the TV/Video
while driving the vehicle. The driver may be distracted
from looking ahead and an accident could occur.
Install the INE-S900R correctly so that the driver
cannot watch TV/Video unless the vehicle is stopped
and the emergency brake is applied.
If the INE-S900R is not installed correctly, the driver
will be able to watch the TV/Video while driving the
vehicle and may be distracted from looking ahead and
cause an accident. The driver or other people could
be severely injured.
