The operation screen changes.

The repeat mode switches with each touch.
One: The file is played repeatedly.
Folder: The folder is played repeatedly.
(Off): Playback returns to normal mode.
Searching by Title Number
Use this function to easily find positions on the DVD using the DVD’s
titles.

Touch [1/2] while playback is stopped.
The operation screen changes.

Touch [10KEY].
The numeric keypad input mode screen appears.

Enter a desired title by touching its title number.
See page 67 for operation of the numeric keypad.

Touch [OK].
Playback will start from the title number selected.

Touch [ ].
• This function cannot be used for discs on which no title numbers are
recorded.
Searching Directly by Chapter Number
Use this function to easily move to the beginnings of the chapters on the
disc.

Touch [1/2] in any mode other than stop mode.
The operation screen changes.

Touch [10KEY].
The numeric keypad input mode screen will appear.

Touch and enter the chapter or track number you
want to play.
See page 67 for operation of the numeric keypad.

Touch [OK].
Playback will start from the selected chapter.

Touch [ ].
• This function is not available for a disc on which chapters are not
stored.
Searching for a Desired Video File
You can select a video file from the list screen.

Touch [ (Search)] during playback.
The search mode is activated, and the Video list screen
appears.

Touch the desired folder.
The File name of the selected folder is displayed.

Touch the desired file.
The selected file is played back.
• For details on how to scroll through the list, refer to
“Selecting an Item in a List” (page 21).
• If you touch [Shuffle songs] while a video file is playing back, an
audio file plays back randomly.
• To return to the previous hierarchy, touch [Undo].
