Displaying the Edit Route Screen
You can edit the route on the Edit route screen. To cancel the route, see
“Cancel Route” (page 48).

Press <MENU>.
The NAVIGATION menu screen is displayed.

Touch [Edit route].
The Edit route screen is displayed.
You can select the following items.
• Edit waypoints
– Delete waypoint (see page 46)
– Arrange waypoints automatically (see page 46)
– Arrange waypoints manually (see page 47)
• See route summary (see page 47)
• Change method (see page 47)
• Start Demo (see page 47)
• Detour (see page 48)
• Reroute (see page 48)
• You can not touch [Edit waypoints] and [Start Demo] while driving.
Delete Waypoint
This section explains how to delete waypoints you have previously set.

Touch [Edit waypoints] on the Edit route screen.
The Edit waypoints screen is displayed.
• Refer to “Displaying the Edit Route Screen” (page 46) on
how to display the Edit route screen.

Touch the waypoint you intend to delete to select it.

Touch [ ].
The selected waypoint is deleted.
To continue deleting other waypoints, repeat step 2-3.

Touch [OK].
The system begins calculating a new route.
Arrange Waypoints automatically
The system arranges waypoints to calculate the shortest route.

Touch [Edit waypoints] on the Edit route screen.
The Edit waypoints screen is displayed.
• Refer to “Displaying the Edit Route Screen” (page 46) on
how to display the Edit route screen.

Touch [Sort].
The system arranges waypoints automatically.

Touch [OK].
The system begins calculating a new route.
• If fewer than two waypoints are registered, you cannot perform this
operation.
• The system arranges waypoints including ones that you have already
passed through, although the guidance on them is not provided.
