Displaying the disc status
Use the procedure described below to display
the status (title number, chapter number, etc.) of
the currently playing DVD on the screen.
Current subtitle language
Current angle

Audio recording system
Repeat setting
(Default setting – disc repeat)

1 During playback, press the DISP. button.
The playback status is displayed.
2 Press the DISP. button once more to turn the
display off.

Use the procedure described below to display

playing video CD or music CD on the screen.
1 During playback, press the DISP. button.
The playback status is displayed.
NOTE
For music CDs, the playing status is displayed even
when the DISP. button is not pressed.
2 Press the DISP. button once more to turn the
display off.
